Years ago I authored a newsletter about Tourette’s syndrome and its correlation with patients that have TMJ dysfunction. Recently we completed successful treatment on our fifth Tourette’s patient. Our results have been amazing with these patients achieving the elimination of their tics, and an ability to resume a normal life without the burden of the Tourette’s symptoms.
The treatment is essentially eliminate the TMJ dysfunction (clicking joints, skeletal jaw imbalance) and restore them to a Class I skeletal and dental relationship.
