One can hardly believe the many changes in our world someone born in the
early 1900’s has seen. Technological advances have had a tremendous impact on
our society, and in dentistry as well. Computers and the internet have made
communication and knowledge sharing with someone in a different part of the
world as easy as calling a doctor down the street. The internet provides a vast
amount of knowledge, some good, some inaccurate. My admonishment is to be
careful where your search engine takes you because there are some “self
serving” sites that contain blatantly false information. Trust reputable sites
